Mr. Morgan set his heart on becoming a lawyer when he witnessed the September 11th attack on New York from nearby a suburb. Mr. Morgan recalls, “My father passed through the World Trade Center every day on his way to work. When I heard about the attack, panic ensued. When I went home that evening, I watched the news reels replay the powerless struggle of thousands of desperate souls. This ignited a passion to provide a voice for those in need.”
Mr. Morgan focuses his practice on immigration. Mr. Morgan has fought for thousands of individuals in a wide variety of areas including: deportation proceedings; asylum; citizenship; residency; DACA; TPS; employment authorization; waivers; and motions to reopen.
